Oct, 13 2019GG1Absolutely terrible. Left immediately after our lease was up. You can hear everything through the walls, car was broken into, and when you get packages delivered to the apartment, it gets left outside in the hall and mine was stolen. I left a note above the mailboxes to make it known that I would like my package back and someone ripped it down.
Also, major bug issues if you live on the first floor. We always had an ant problem. I guess you get what you pay for in Grant.
